Owner of the storied Bangkok dance music scene such as Café Democ, Dickinson’s CultureCafe, Club Astra, Club Culture and also Bangkok’s first international dance music festivals; CultureOne to the building of a new nightclub within the complex. That's included in the multi-phase of the renovation proposal. The plans for the Résidence de Canal also include a Funky hostel, Rooftop bar, a Spa and Space for artists' studios, Of course underground Club.
