Husband-and-wife team of chef-patron ‘Joe’ Napol Jantraget and pastry chef Saki Hoshino are bringing their collective know-hows and passions of Thai foods through 9-course tasting menu. Further influenced by regional cuisines, they offer their personal reinterpretations of Thai foods through the uses of both traditional and modern cooking methods. This ‘Episode 2’ also sees the two chefs fully incorporate 100% local produce into the dishes while seeking to bring out the unique taste of each ingredient.
Aside from the change in our cooking, our interior has also transformed. We have doubled the size of the old space which can comfortably accommodate both intimate diners and large party, overlooking our open kitchen. The kitchen itself has also been enlarged, and now, our guests can sit at the counter while watching our chefs in action as they explain you their journeys in creating each dish.
Collaborating with Foodie Collection Group of Choti & Debby Leenutaphong (il Fumo, Vesper, La Dotta Pasta Bar & Store & 1919 Italian Bar & Restaurant), the new drinks list is no afterthought either. Barman ‘Palm’ Supawit Muttarattana, who has created The Art Book for Vesper (Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019), develops a cocktail menu based on childhood memory and exotic, indigenous ingredients. In addition, Group Sommelier Thanakorn Mankit designs a wine list, predominantly with natural, organic and biodynamic leanings, with an aim to enrich your tasting menu experience.
