Refund policy

Refund period

Bangkokhaps will accept to refund up to 7 days of delivery, for most products and services.

Please contact Bangkokhaps at Admin@bangkokhaps.com or call on +66 92 774 0626 to speak to our customer service staff who will give advice on refund process.

Exchange/ refund conditions:

  • Features or advertizing were not posted on Bangkokhaps; as per the agreed period or time
  • Manufacturing fault, expired, incorrect order, or damaged of goods upon delivery.
  • Exchange/ refund item must remain unused with original packaging together with the invoice to process.
  • Exchange/ refund must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery only.
  • After the 7-day period, if you find that there is a problem with your purchase. Please contact at Admin@bangkokhaps.com or call on +66 92 774 0626

Credits

Credit card purchase for returns is issued once we confirm receipt of the merchandise or the non-posting of featured advertising.

Please be aware that your financial institution may take up to 30 days to process your credit and have it reflect in your account.

The refunded amount may also be used for future purchases of goods or advertising

Refunds

  • Tax (if applicable) is refunded with returns.
  • Original shipping and handling charges aren't refunded.
  • We are unable to consider any consequential loss from this process
