There are endless art galleries in Bangkok to suit every style and preference, but the ones we are about to mention are some of the hippest, most happening places, including hidden gems you definitely do not want to miss.

แม้ว่าในกรุงเทพ ฯ จะมีสถานที่จัดงานแสดงศิลปะเยอะมากมายเพียงใด  แต่ที่ที่เรากำลังจะแนะนำถือได้ว่าพลาดไม่ได้เลยทีเดียว เนื่องจากเป็นสถานที่ที่ศิลปินชื่อดังมากมายได้เข้าไปแสดงผลงานศิลปะ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น ภาพถ่าย ภาพวาด หรือประติมากรรม นอกจากนี้เราจะแนะนำ Art Gallery ลับ ที่อาจจะไม่เป็นที่รู้จักเท่าไรนัก แต่ได้รวบรวมผลงานดี ๆ เอาไว้ให้เราได้ชมด้วยเช่นกัน

Bangkok Arts & Cultural Center / หอศิลปวัฒนธรรมแห่งกรุงเทพมหานคร (BACC)

Let’s start this list with the BACC, one of the most well-known galleries amongst tourists and locals alike. Housed right in the heart of buzzing, busy Bangkok, this gallery is within walking distance from BTS Siam and BTS National Stadium and showcases rotating art exhibitions from the ground floor to level 9 across 3,500 square meters. The style of the exhibition vary, and with the cafes and restaurants available there (including IceDEA, a conceptual ice cream show room that serves delicious ice cream desserts in creative shapes), you can easily spend an entire day at the BACC.

ถ้าจะให้พูดถึงสถานที่แสดงงานศิลปะก็คงจะขาดที่นี่ไม่ได้ หอศิลปวัฒนธรรมแห่งกรุงเทพมหานคร-Bacc เพราะเป็นสถานที่แสดงงานศิลปะที่ไม่ว่าคนที่สนใจศิลปะหรือไม่ก็ตามต่างก็รู้จักกันเป็นอย่างดี อีกทั้งยังเป็นแหล่งรวมตัวกันของวัยรุ่นอีกด้วย โดยนิทรรศการต่าง ๆ จะมีให้ดูตั้งแต่ชั้น L ไปจนถึงชั้น 9 ส่วนนิทรรศการหลักที่เปิดแสดงจะอยู่ชั้น 7, 8 และ 9 มีพื้นที่จัดแสดงถึง 3,500 ตารางเมตร ให้ได้ชมงานศิลปะกันอย่างเต็มอิ่มกันสุดๆ

10 ML Cafe Gallery

The 10 ML Cafe Gallery near Chatuchak or BTS Mochit hosts around 3-4 art exhibitions per month. There are two zones, the cafe zone and the art gallery space which is inside the cafe, next to the cafe and on the 2nd floor.What sets them apart from other cafes is the changing menu that evolves to fit with the theme of the exhibitions. 10 ML Café Gallery ใกล้จัตุจักร จะเป็นคาเฟ่สไตล์ชิวๆที่นั่งได้เป็นชั่วโมงเพราะว่าที่นี่จะมีการจัดแสดงงานศิลปะต่างๆโดยจะเปลียนไปเรื่อยๆ เดือนละ 3-4 งาน ภายในร้านจะถูกแบ่งออกเป็นโซนคือโซนร้านคาเฟ่ กับ งานจัดแสดง ร้านนี้จะไม่เหมือนร้านอื่นๆ ตรงที่ว่าจะมีเมนูพิเศษที่ทางร้านจะมีเพียงช่วงนั่นช่วงเดียวโดยจะเปลี่ยนไปตามงานแสดงนั่นเอง ดังนั้นถ้าเกิดติดใจอาหารอะไรแล้วละก็คงต้องไป 10ML ช่วงนั่นบ่อยๆ ก่อนที่เมนูจะหายไป ส่วนถ้าใครอยากจะให้กำลังใจหรือเขียนถึงผู้จัดแสดงแล้วละก็ทางร้านก็ได้มีการเตียนโต๊ะพร้อมอุปกรณ์เครื่องเขียนไปให้เรียบร้อยหรือถ้าหากรู้สึกถูกใจในภาพไหนเป็นพิเศษก็สามารถติดต่อกับทางร้านได้เลยทันทีพร้อมเก็บความทรงจำดีๆ กลับไปกับท่านด้วย

YELO House

YELO House, another gallery near the National Stadium BTS train station, is a former warehouse converted into a multi-functional art space for creative people. Other than a rotating exhibition, YELO House also offers gorgeous studios and spaces for rent.

YELO House คือสถานที่แสดงศิลปะอีกที่หนึ่งซึ่งอยู่ไม่ไกลจากรถไฟฟ้า YELO House ถูกดัดแปลงมาจากโกดังเก่าที่ถูกปรับเปลี่ยนให้เป็นพื้นที่เอนกประสงค์เพื่อให้คนที่มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ได้แสดงศักยภาพของตนเอง แต่ยังคงเอกลักษณ์เดิมของโกดังไว้ นอกจากจะเป็นสถานที่จัดแสดงงานศิลปะแล้ว ยังมีพื้นที่ใช้สอยไว้สำหรับการประชุมอีกด้วย

River City Bangkok

River City Bangkok is not only a glamorous shopping center by the river, but also a gallery full of art and premium antiques, open for public enjoyment. At the moment and until July 31st, the gallery is hosting a multimedia exhibition inspired by the Italian Renaissance, “From Monet To Kandinsky”. Bridge Cafe and Art Space

Moving on to one of lesser-known but fabulous galleries, the Bridge Cafe and Art Space In Charoenkrung 51, near Chinatown. A hybrid between a relaxing cafe and a beautiful gallery, the venue hosts a variety of rotating exhibits, as well as film screenings every Thursdays. If you’re lucky, you may find yourself on the rooftop of this small but snazzy hotspot, surrounded by art with a backdrop of the Chaophraya River.

ต่อมาเราจะมาแนะนำสถานที่จัดแสดงงานศิลปะที่หลาย ๆ คนอาจจะไม่เคยเข้าไปเยี่ยมชม หรืออาจจะไม่เคยได้ยินชื่อกันเลยก็ว่าได้ ที่ Bridge Cafe and Art Space เป็นสถานที่จัดแสดงงานศิลปะที่มีคาเฟ่อยู่ในตัว ตั้งอยู่ใกล้ ๆ ซอยเจริญกรุง 51 นอกจากนี้ภายใน Bridge Cafe and Art Space ชั้น 2 และ 3 ยังมีการฉายภาพยนตร์ทุกวันพฤหัสบดีอีกด้วย บนดาดฟ้าอาจมีการจัดแกลอรี่เป็นครั้งคราวพร้อมชมวิวแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยาอย่างเต็มอิ่ม

Gallery VER

Gallery VER, Sathorn’s new art space specializes in contemporary art in large, minimalistic rooms with high ceilings perfect for an artsy kind of day. Born from the love of experimental art, this venue is small but often full of great pieces. A must visit for anyone in the neighborhood!

สถานที่จัดแสดงงานศิลปะย่านสาธุประดิษฐ์ กับความตั้งใจที่จะนำเอาความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ของเหล่าศิลปินมาจัดแสดงให้เห็นถึงศิลปะและวัฒนธรรมร่วมสมัย ผ่านการจัดนิทรรศการภายในหอศิลปะที่เรียบง่ายแต่ดูดี เพดานสูง เหมาะกับการเสพย์ศิลปะเป็นที่สุด
